The short version

The invoice generators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us, stored by us, or shared with anyone. There is no account to create and no upload step. We do not sell personal data, and there is no personal data for us to sell.

What the generators do with your information

  • Everything stays on your device. Business name, client details, line items, rates, notes and payment instructions are held in the page in your browser and nowhere else. When you close or reload the tab, they are gone — there is no saved draft.
  • Nothing is transmitted. The generator pages make no network requests with your data. There is no backend that could receive it.
  • Your logo image is read locally. If you add a logo, your browser reads the file from your own device to draw it on the preview. It is never uploaded.
  • Printing and PDFs happen on your machine. The Print button opens your browser's own print dialog. The PDF is created by your browser, not by us.

Because nothing reaches us, we cannot recover an invoice you did not save or print. That is the trade-off for not collecting anything.

What we do collect

  • Aggregate traffic statistics. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports aggregate page views and referring sites. It is built to measure traffic without cookies or cross-site tracking, and it does not identify individual visitors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for how it works.
  • Server and security logs. The site is served and protected by Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and request details, and may set a security cookie, as part of normal traffic filtering and abuse prevention.
  • Email you send us. If you write to the address on the contact page, we have your message and your email address for as long as it takes to answer you and keep a record of the exchange.

Cookies

The generators themselves set no cookies and use no tracking pixels. Cloudflare may set a security cookie when serving the site. Separately, if you click an affiliate link to a partner's site, that partner may set its own cookies to attribute the referral — those cookies are theirs, not ours, and are covered by their privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some pages link to third-party software, and some of those links are affiliate links: if you sign up through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We do not receive any information about you from those partners — only an aggregate count of referrals and subscriptions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data an organisation holds about you. In practice the only personal data we hold is email you have sent us. Write to the address on the contact page and we will delete it on request.

Children

This site is intended for people running or working in a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If these practices change, this page will be updated and the date at the top revised. Questions? Get in touch.
