What we can help with
- A price, tax note or software detail on a template page that looks out of date or wrong.
- A template that is broken, mispriced, or printing badly on your setup.
- A trade we have not built a template for yet — tell us what you would need on it.
- Anything about the affiliate links on this site.
What we cannot help with
The invoice generators run entirely in your browser and never send us anything, so we have no copy of any invoice you have created. If you closed the tab without saving the PDF, the details are gone and we cannot recover them. Printing or saving the PDF before you leave a page is the only backup there is.
We also cannot give tax, legal or accounting advice. Tax treatment of service work varies by state and country, and you should confirm it with your own revenue department or accountant.
